camp teepee pole

Thanks for the Day. Here is some encouragement for your group. ~Someone~ and I went to Team Day
at Camp Teepee Pole. During the day as individuals we must each memorize a verse as part of the competition. Early in the day there was no way he was going to touch it. There has been a general anti Christianity vibe coming from him since we’ve met. Never the less I didn’t pressure him and just left it up to him. The interesting dynamic that I watched unfold was as the day wore on and he watched kids his age and older struggling to learn the verse, and dads learn the verse the peer pressure got to
him and he tried. I don’t think anyone there knew ~Someone~ was watching and listening but he was. It seemed that this Christianity thing vision or image that he had got a reshaping. We’ll continue to pray for ~Someone~ and his family.

Camp Teepee Pole is a camp for boys. Affiliated with Christian Service Brigade our motto is “to win and train boys for Christ.”

We are also an outdoor adventure camp. Our activities may include rock climbing, rappelling, white water rafting, backpacking and any of a number of other outdoor related activities.

In short, this is a place where boys can be boys while learning about God, their Creator.
